Shipping Policy

Important! How "Estimated" versus "Guaranteed" shipping methods work

During checkout you will be presented with available shipping options.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING METHODS: Shown in BLUE during checkout, are standard rates and usually arrive on the target date, but absolutely not guaranteed or promised - keep this in mind!

There has been some confusion recently over estimated methods being mistakenly thought of as promised arrival dates. Estimated methods are exactly what the name states, they are estimates and NOT to be perceived as a promised arrival date.

Orders placed with estimated shipping methods usually ship within 24 hours, but may take later to ship depending on circumstances.

GUARANTEED SHIPPING METHIDS: Shown in GREEN during checkout, are guaranteed and promised to arrive on a specific date. This results in higher prices from the carrier. Guaranteed methods automatically get "rush processing" status, and are processed ahead of existing orders.

Shipment Schedule

  • Most in-stock orders are shipped same-day or within 1 business day.
  • Processing may take longer depending on circumstances.
  • We ship business days Monday-Friday
  • The cutoff time for same-day processing is 1PM EST.

Please note: Although most orders are shipped on the same day the order is placed, we can't 100% guarantee same-day shipments.

Rush Processing

If you have an arrival deadline, please let us know before placing your order so that rush processing can be arranged. Rush processing is offered for free upon request, but it's NOT guaranteed.

Also, keep in mind that if you don't select a shipping service that is guaranteed by the carrier, your package may not arrive at your expected time even if we're able to rush process your order. Carriers such as USPS and UPS have published that their arrival time estimates are subject to change on standard (non-guaranteed) services.


In the event that there is a delay with an item in your order, we will contact you with a shipment ETA. We may split the order into multiple shipments to get more important items to you quicker.

Shipping Carriers & Rates

We use UPS and the US Postal Service to ship orders directly to your door. The rate estimated and/or charged for the shipping of your order is retrieved directly from the carrier's servers, calculated based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Parts Protection Guarantee

We guarantee that your package will arrive with its contents in-tact and undamaged. During packing, we take into account the rough handling that packages sometimes receive from carriers during transit. If your order arrives with damaged or missing parts, we accept responsibility and will make right the situation with you first, then we'll take care of things with the carrier afterwards. To qualify under this protection, we ask that you take pictures of the roughly handled package and have the deliverer record the condition of the package at the time of acceptance.

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that orders using First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Pre-assembled or Bagged Items

We may preassemble items in your order to help protect against the rough handling during shipping.  Sometimes boxes get torn during shipping, and smaller items can be lost. So at the time of shipping we may bundle or preassemble items together when possible.  However, any preassembly doesn't constitute advice as to how it should be installed.

Correctness of final installation is ultimately the responsibility of the customer. Please make notes of how the original parts on your machine are assembled as a reference when installing to help ensure there are no problems.
