No Parts, No emails? [RESOLVED]

Hey BD,

I ordered an upgrade service for a pair of my A-arms and an upgraded motor mount/chain tensioner on May 15. The parts were sent in May 16. I sent an email a week or so ago, and another on Thursday. I haven't received any response. I know that it takes some time to get there, but it says the turn around on the services is 3 days. I checked the status of my order the other day and it said "on hold".

I think it would be a good idea if you're not able to follow through with the time span you list, to contact the customer to let them know if there is an issue or something.

It's just kind of annoying to have my buggy sitting in the garage for almost a month unable to be used and not have any idea on when I will be able to put it back together.

It's Travis, hope you're well. I understand Jeremy has been in contact with you, and got your parts shipped out last week. Can you post back and let us know if everything is satisfactory?

We have some store credits coming your way to compensate for the wait on those A-Arms. I'll send you a PM with more information.
