After inheriting a non running Carbide 150 buggy I removed plug and found no spark.
After reading tons of no spark forum Q and A’s I got real aquatinted with my multimeter.
The plug wasn’t fitting tight in the coil so a went ahead and put a new coil and CDI on it.
This buggy has the rare DC CDI.
I have ran all of the diagnostics on the stator/trigger, CDI, Coil, and bypassed the kill switches to no avail. They all seem to check out but still no spark.
I need help!!!
I have written down all the readouts and olms on the various parts.
I’m getting 12.81 vac into pin 6
And getting 21 vac going into coil while cranking. Should this be enough to produce a spark?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
