Gusset weld plates are readily available but I’m not aware of a bolt on solution. Better bolts is a great start. As each piece gets stronger, the stresses just transition to a new weak link. I’ve seen several full welded bulkheads. I may or may not.... but I wonder if the bent spindle I’ve seen here wasn’t a result of no flexing anywhere else. It wasn’t a hop over a drive bump without installation error. But I also saw it burning down. Which also isn’t good for them. Idk but I haven’t heard of it being a problem either, but here again I’m not the expert.
